Mr David Craig Independent – Non-Executive Chairman Mr Craig is an experienced businessman and lawyer, who has held and holds executive and board positions in the fields of law, financial services and the resources industry. As a partner of a major Perth law firm he specialised in resources and commercial legal advice, which included work on resources joint ventures, the acquisition and disposal of interests in companies and projects, and capital raisings by companies. This was followed by ten years in the financial services industry as a stockbroker and an executive director in a national stockbroking and investment banking company. Mr Craig then spent five years working with Woodside Petroleum Ltd in an Executive position in the field of public and government affairs. He brings to the Board expertise in the law, financial markets, stakeholder engagement, relationship management, strategic planning, and risk management.

Dr Derek Fisher Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Dr Fisher has more than 35 years of worldwide experience in the resource industry. He has been the principal in listing a number of companies, both in Australia and Canada, and has more than 20 years' experience as a manager of publicly listed companies. Dr Fisher began his career with the New South Wales Geological Survey in 1966 and, following graduation from the University of New England, Armidale, NSW, moved into the mineral exploration and mining industry. During the 1970s he undertook doctoral studies at the University of Toronto, Canada, gaining his PhD in 1979. Dr Fisher is an honorary life member of the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies (AMEC), having spent 13 years on the council of AMEC.

Mr Michael Senft Independent – Non-Executive Director Michael Senft is currently an independent strategic financial advisor for clients in a number of industries. Mr. Senft began his career as an associate in Investment Banking with Merrill Lynch & Co. in 1982. During the mid 90’s, Mike was co-head of Global Leveraged Finance at Merrill Lynch. Among other accomplishments during this period, Mr. Senft led the establishment of Merrill’s European Leveraged Finance effort. Among other successes, his effort culminated in his origination of the first high yield bond denominated in a European currency. From 2002 to 2008, Mike was Head of Leveraged Finance Capital Markets for CIBC World Markets Inc.. Over his career, Mr. Senft has had the opportunity of working with companies across a broad spectrum of industries, including extensive experience in natural resources, steel and aluminum, chemicals, manufacturing, retail and services. Mr. Senft received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Princeton University, and his MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Mr David Nixon Independent – Non-Executive Director Mr Nixon is a mechanical engineer with 40 years experience in the mining and construction industries in Australia, Southern Africa, New Zealand, Canada and Indonesia. His initial training was with De Beers in the diamond industry in South Africa and he came to Australia in 1980 for the development of the Argyle diamond mine, the worlds largest diamond producer. He came to Australia with Edward L Bateman Engineering which became Nedpac during the 1980’s. In 1990 Mr Nixon was one of the founders of Signet Engineering which was acquired by Fluor in 1996. From 2001 to 2004, he was the project director for a Fluor/SKM joint venture for the successful development of the $1.0 billion BHP Billiton Iron Ore Asset Development projects, comprising the new Area C mine near Newman, extension of the rail from Yandi to Area C and the expansion of port facilities at Port Hedland. Mr Nixon currently works as a consultant in the mining industry in Western Australia and is a non-executive director of Swick Mining Services Limited (SWK) and Brockman Resources Limited (BRM).

Mr Liu Han Non-Executive Director Mr Liu Han is the founder and CEO of Guanghan Pingyuan Development Company; the CEO of Hanlong Group; the deputy CEO of Sichuan Hongda Company (publicly listed) and the CEO of Sichuan Jinlu Company (publicly listed). Over the past 10 years, Mr Liu Han has built the Sichuan Hanlong Group into a modern, international company with annual revenues of over USD1.5 billion, one of the twenty largest privately held companies in Sichuan Province. In 2008, Mr Liu was named as one of the 10 most influential people on the economy of Sichuan in the past 30 years. He is well known for his philanthropic work and has been awarded national recognition for his charity endeavours including special praise following the Sichuan earthquake. He was listed as the 19th greatest philanthropist in China in 2008 and the 16th greatest in 2009. Mr Liu is an advisor to the Sichuan Province Economic Advisory Committee and Vice Principal of the Deyang City Economic Council. Mr Liu has appointed Mr Nelson Chen as his alternate director. Mr Chen is Investment Director of Hanlong (Australia) Resources Pty Ltd. Educated in both China and Australia, Nelson holds postgraduate degrees in finance and accounting and is fully bilingual. As a Chartered Accountant in Australia, Nelson spent over 11 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers Sydney office in their audit and M&A advisory practices prior to joining Hanlong Group. He brings with him extensive cross‐cultural professional experience. Nelson has served on the board of Australia China Business Council, NSW branch for over 6 years and is an alumnus of Asialink Leaders Program.

Mr Sun Xiaodong Non-Executive Director Mr Sun Xiaodong is chairman of the board of Hanlong Group and one of China’s most experienced senior executives with responsibility for a broad portfolio of companies including mining, infrastructure, LPG, pharmaceuticals and property development. He has been with Hanlong Group for over thirteen years. Mr Sun has been awarded the title of Senior Economist by the Sichuanese government and holds the position of Vice President of the Economic Association of Sichuan Province.

Dr Steven Xiao Executive Director Dr Steven Xiao has more than 15 years of experience in finance and investment working for globally recognisedinvestment banks and financial organizations. Skilled in capital utilization and industry integration and with extensive global M&A experience, Dr Xiao has led many significant M&A projects in the mining and resources sector in countries such as China, Australia, the United States, Canada and Mongolia.

Mr Andy Zhmurovsky Non-Executive Director Mr Zhmurovsky has a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours from the University of Texas at Austin. He commenced his employment in Houston with the Energy Investment Banking Group of CIBC World Markets before joining TCW as Senior Vice President within the Energy and Infrastructure Group.
